Make sure you SUBSCRIBE. This ensures you are kept in sync with the calendar

STEP 1

  1. Log into https://zoom.us using anchorcircle@hypha.earth
  2. Both the Password and 2FA2-Factor Auth are found within your https://locker.hypha.earth

STEP 2

  1. Add/modify/delete your zoomZoom invites.meeting invite.
  2. Ensure you have ongoing invite if it is regularly occurring.
  3. Make sure you select the option for repeat.

STEP 3

  1. Make sure you use *.ics to download the file

STEP 4

  1. Make sure you log into https://my.hypha.earth and click NextCloud and/or directly log into https://files.hypha.earth
  2. Click on calendar Setting & Import > Import Calendar
  3. Select the downloaded *.ics and upload it.
  4. Your calendar is all set with latest zoom information
