Anchoring the global vision and purpose of SEEDS in local communities

Most of us were drawn to SEEDS because we care a lot about the future of life on planet Earth, and because we feel a calling towards regeneration. In and beyond SEEDS, this cultural movement that is inquiring how to build a regenerative and thriving civilisation is often called the Regenerative Renaissance.

SEEDS, at its core, is about exploring, co-creating and gifting humanity – as steward of this amazing Earth – a diversity of tools, systems, resources, and cultures designed to joyfully co-create thriving civilizations [1]

A core purpose of Samara is to support make these tools, systems, and resources for a Regenerative Renaissance accessible and useful to leaders of the regenerative movement. As a decentralized community we foster and support grassroots movements, local initiatives, indigenous communities and all people and groups on this shared path. Samara is here to support and empower change makers and regenerators by creating a supportive and nurturing 'home' for SEEDS Ambassadors and leaders of the 'Regenaissance' – not only in the form of a mutually supportive community and a focus on self-care, but also by providing an integrated set of tools, resources and trainings that empower change makers to build local regenerative ecosystems and establish their own (regional) DHOs.

Put suitable action title here.
Supporting local regenerators/ approaching...

As Samara has taken root and began to grow, we have been very weary of saying 'we know the answer'.  We have cautioned ourselves and each other to be aware of the colonial mindset, and to be aware of our lenses, our assumptions about the way things 'should be', and our individual biases that we bring to our work within Samara.

Rather than answers, we come with questions: How can we support existing, local solutions and regenerators?  How can we help more people adopt a regenerative and sustainable lifestyle? How can we support leaders of the movement, and help them prevent burnout. How can we help leaders adopt and adapt / customize the existing tools and technologies that are available?  How can we help bridge the Regenaissance - with the best tools available, including the blockchain and associated cryptocurrencies?  How can we help SEEDS Ambassadors become better collaborative leaders of the Regenaissance, locally and globally?

And at the same time, we believe wonderful and inspiring solutions to many of the problems that we face do exist! There are clear and practical ways to reverse man-made climate change. There are fast and effective ways to restore the abundance and diversity of our most damaged ecosystems. There are tried and tested ways of healing our illnesses via natural methods.  Many ways to regenerate our planet and our way of life here exist. Our task in Samara is to identify those solutions and make them available to our local communities, wherever we may be. (I feel this is too broad. I don't think it is our task to identify solutions. I feel it is our task to support those that have found solutions- FV) Our task is to invite the people that comprise these communities to begin using Seeds, blockchain, DHOs, and everything else that can empower their efforts.

Hypha, via SEEDS, is offering humanity a new economic system and an invitation to adopt blockchain as a tool for governance.  Samara, loving Seeds and SEEDS as a living expression of Regenerative principles and a bold initiative to bring these important tools to the world, provides a welcoming, loving, and nurturing space where we support existing and future leaders of this Regenaissance with these tools.  And building a close relationship with these leaders, getting to know what additional tools and support is needed.

Below is an approach that might work.  It is part of a hypothesis about how we can support the regenerative renaissance.  A large part of this solution is related to the marketplace.

In some ways, our value proposition is emerging such that Samara sprouts many 'chapter' or 'child' DHOs at the local level who support the local Regenaissance via the Marketplace-in-a-box (link)  and Org-in-a-box concepts (link) which complement the SEEDS platform and are grounded in supporting regenerators in a decentralized, mutually supportive, global community.
